The Zero Department

We face contradictory records, nevertheless, these records speak out and cannot and should not be ignored. In the past, Ceausescu, the supreme leader of the armed forces has ordered the foundation of a new department inside the existing State Security Agency (“Securitate”).

The Zero Department was established with the sole purpose of identifying, educating and developing subjects with beyond-average, above normal special qualities.

From this point of view, the 1966 presidential decree banning abortion should be interpreted as a method of accelerated evolution, with all the state-controlled orphanages functioning as laboratories and artificial selection centres.

Nobody knew how Ceausescu would use the new psychotronic special ops force. The new department studying and experimenting on subjects with special faculties was initially established with the purpose to ward off any possible enemies, to intercept and eliminate internal and external aggressors and for the purpose of resolving international conflicts. Subsequently this department was engaged in developing the means of manipulating and to influence the popular masses, ensuring the maintenance of the dictatorial power.

Recent discoveries throwing new light on the Sinaia Lead Plates are indubitable proof in favour of our conclusion regarding the existence of psychotronic weapons in former and present times. They indicate the fact that mind control with the help of faked documents has old origins, leading to the establishment of a national state, in the last part of the XIX century.
